2. HERE'S HOW TO ENTER: Go to www.teamearlytimes.com/bait and Guess how many individual baits are in the Early Times bass boat by completing the online entry page. The boat is filled with packs of baits: Mann's HardNose craws (8 per pack) and worms (12 per pack). Each entrant is limited to one online entry per person per day until the contest ends on 7/31/08. Use of any automated system (e.g., robots, automatic, macro, programmed or like entry methods) for submission of multiple entries is prohibited. Any attempt by any entrant to use an automated system or to obtain more than one (1) entry by using multiple/different e-mail addresses, identities or any other methods, will void all of that entrant's entries and render that person ineligible to receive any of the prizes. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Sponsor is not responsible for any unavailability of or interruptions to any service or equipment used in connection with the promotion without limitation. Sponsor may require that the potential winner provide proof that the/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address and/or password associated with the winning entry. All entries become the property of Brown-Forman Beverages. Contest begins 6/1/08. Online entries must be received by 7/31/08. The person who guesses the correct number of individual baits will win a Triton VT 17 aluminum bass boat with a Mercury 50 ELPTO engine and trailer. In the event that there is more than one entry with the correct number, those entries will be put in a random drawing and one winner will be selected from those entries. In the event that there are no entries with the correct number, the person who guesses the closest without going over will be declared the winner. If more than one person qualifies, then a random drawing will be held among those entries to determine the winner. There will be only one Grand Prize awarded.

3. ELIGIBILITY: Employees of Brown-Forman Beverages, Triton Boats, Mann's Bait Company, their affiliates, liquor wholesale licensees, retailers, as well as the advertising/ promotion agencies, and the immediate families and household members of each are not eligible to win. You must be at least 21 years of age and a legal resident of the United States to be eligible. Promotion void in California and wherever prohibited or restricted by law.

4. PRIZES: The Grand Prize is a Triton VT 17 aluminum bass boat with a Mercury 50 ELPTO engine and trailer. Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize is $16,000. Five (5) First Prizes: rod and reel to the top five consumers who come closest to the actual number of individual baits in the boat (ARV $250). Twenty (20) Second Prizes: Early Times T-shirt and two bags of Mann's baits to consumers who come closest to the actual number of individual baits in the boat (ARV $50). All federal, state and local laws apply. Taxes, registration fees and other charges, if any, are the sole responsibility of the prizewinners. No substitution or transfer of Grand Prize is permitted except with sponsor's permission or where required by law.

5. ODDS: To be eligible, an entry must be complete and submitted according to these rules. In the event that no entrant guesses the correct number, the odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries submitted as defined. The winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all timely received eligible entries. The drawing will take place on or about 8/18/08, under the supervision of Brown-Forman whose decision concerning all aspects of this promotion shall be final.

6. CLAIMING GRAND PRIZE/RELEASE: Potential winners will be notified by mail or phone on or about 8/18/08. Winner may be required to claim his or her prize by signing before a notary and returning to the address stated in the notification an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release. If the notarized Affidavit and Release are not returned within 30 days of notification, the winner will have waived any claim to the prize and an alternate winner may be selected. By accepting his or her prize, the winner: (a) releases Brown-Forman Beverages/Early Times Distillery Co., Triton Boats, Mann's Bait Company, their affiliated companies and licensed alcohol wholesalers and retailers from any and all liability claims, actions or proceedings arising out of or for injuries or damages sustained while involved in a promotion activity or in connection with the use of the prize; as well as (b) consents to the use by Brown-Forman Beverages, for promotional purposes in connection with this promotion, of his or her name and/or likeness and/or voice without further compensation (except where prohibited).
